Paradigm shift in cities

We are right in the middle of it, it is unstoppable, an irreversible paradigm shift is taking place in cities - across Europe - in Western countries.

Our world also is changing due AI, our thinking, setting completely new processes in motion. This AI approach, which maximises profits, creates jobs and picks people up to give a new significance to experiencing, meeting, lingering and communicating.

Those involved in bricks-and-mortar retail, hospitality industry, culture and leisure who are following this path of the future have an online presence without having to engage in extensive online retail or service.

The success of the cities is also based on regional specialised retail and the creativity of concept stores. These are often unable to realise an online presence for cost and personnel reasons. For the first time, this new, joint presence will create a future-orientated approach on an equal footing with the major players.

We are not creating a marketplace in which the important small and medium-sized businesses are one of many, but are instead maintaining an independent presence (there are plenty of internet marketplaces). We are in favour of merging stationary offerings with an Internet presence.
