40 years of future invest - ergo - not a new topic for us

As early as 1984, the author of UrbanChannel /® successfully planned and realised a new city approach (see picture with symbolic handover of keys) *.

Today, we at jadvance GmbH speak of the city as a second home. Whenever the aim is to make the city centre so inviting, interesting and forward-looking for people that every visitor is led into a positive city experience. A new attitude to life is activated - the aim is to bring the city centre and what it has to offer so close to people that they a) feel picked up and b) feel connected to ‘their’ city centre in the long term - in terms of the feel-good factor and establish it as a second home.

The decisive City Transformation - the dot on the i, the networking of online and offline in the CityChannelApp® with the aim of making the city visible to people as their value space and welcoming them.

* City spaces (future invest assumed) with complementary retail and gastronomy structures, in which the individual store, without a door as a barrier, becomes a space for living and lingering - today we call it Raum-im-Raum©. With a fresh food area - with Europe's first integrated transparent bakery, fruit and vegetable stall that hardly anyone can walk past, a butcher's shop that also reaches the palate on site - that opens up into the pedestrian zone during the day, the coffee shop that invites you to linger with its aroma, the extraordinary gift shop for almost all occasions, the fashion boutiques that captivate everyone and much more. But above all, an integrated Lidl, which we still recognise today and which is almost invisible, rounds off the daily requirements.
