Urbanity needs lighthouse projects

Creation of lighthouse projects as multipliers for the urban future alignment of different / complementary utilisation concepts from retail and hospitality industry, plus culture, leisure, events and educational facilities, using Frankfurt as an example.

- Urban repair - as an urban axis. The development of the Konstablerwache square, which is not a square in urban planning terms and has not been one in the city's history, e.g. building over it with a ConceptCulture/MusicHall© with complementary uses, such as a theatre, music and culture hall, event rooms for universities of music and performing arts, etc., over 3-4 storeys. Level 1, i.e. the existing area, remains a producer market, also as an area for various municipal events, an open multifunctional area, as the subsequent storeys stand on pillars. Surrounding development in the existing building has a future perspective with this thematic allocation.

- Zeil shopping mile - as a magnet.The multifunctional project mentioned in the previous paragraph not only activates urban life, but also provides it with new content.The public transport hub with all urban structures, including connections to the surrounding area, makes it possible to rethink city life and attract people of all expectations to this point.The change in retail and the additional need to linger and experience, supplemented by gastronomy, will take on a new significance here.
