10 years ago, over a period of 7 years, we began to deal with a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and needs in terms of urbanity and the resulting criteria for the future. The target definition was the synthesis of intelligence, form and benefit in the two complementary platforms UrbanMITTE© and UrbanChannel©.

We are the first in Europe to have developed the topic of "Urbanity of the Future" as an open platform and the topic of "New Shopping Culture" as a platform for our partners and customers, at the required high cost and time. These cutting-edge work platforms form the basis in RaumSynthese for placing the future in today.

Since the lockdown at the latest, it has become widely known that urbanity with the changed demands on stationary trade requires a new orientation in order to make our cities (metropolises) not only liveable, but also future-oriented.

Only if we succeed now in carrying our cities and metropolises into future aspirations will we be able to perpetuate urban living space culture for the next generations.

It will depend on the synergies in the associated networked small-scale structure of culture, leisure, commerce, living and working, which will meet the demands of the future in terms of meeting, lingering and communication.

With the UrbanMITTE© and UrbanChannel© platforms, we are already at the point where current broad-based considerations are now beginning.
