What we stand for:

Why do we have our creative centre on the Großer Feldberg, the local mountain of the Frankfurt-RhineMain metropolitan region? Not only because we are located almost in the centre of the EU with the best infrastructural connections, but also because we are integrated into the structure of the rural area, which gives us the opportunity to work out the basis for developments from the understanding of global processes - for spaces in the structural change of tomorrow with people at the centre (now since 2010).

The overriding development goal is investing in future based on Excellence and CreativeSpaceSynthesis© (ERS). The focus is on UrbanMITTE© with stationary retail and hospitality industries as well as the integration of leisure and culture, in a synthesis of intelligence, form and benefit.

The respective sectors consist of individual service levels, which can also be combined into service groups.
 
Due to a non-disclosure agreement, we do not communicate the projects carried out. This is the responsibility of our customers / local authorities / professional organisations.
 
 
Our services are remunerated according to agreement. 
For location and project consulting, the following rates are agreed - Rental: Research and target preparation 2.5 MM / agency/contract support 3.0 MM - Investment: Research and target preparation 2.50 % from KV / agency/contract support 5.50 % from KV (for framework agreements, the conditions to be agreed apply) - plus VAT in each case.
 
The first dialogue is free of charge, of course.
